The group's principal activities are carried out through four business segments: home building, construction services, financial services, investment real estate and other. The home building operations involve the construction and sale of single-family homes, town homes, low-rise condominiums and the purchase and development of land. The construction services segment constructs building for both private and government interests. The financial services segment provides home financing, sub-prime home equity lending and the sale of title insurance and the investment real estate operations involve the acquisition, development and sale of land.
